All Local 621 members no matter what your work location - Campbell, Water St, or Hawkesbury; plus one adult guest (19+). Sorry, no kids.
Nothing! Admission and food are free. Drinks are on you. The bar takes cash, debit, and credit.
Menu coming soon. Food will be served around 8 pm. Will be light-ish eats... likely a poutine bar!
Think black, green, and gold, with lots of trees. Dress fancy and match the theme if you feel like it. No pressure. We don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable but we're going for a classy evening!
Parking is free and all around the hall.
Yes. There are two small sets of steps up to the hall itself, and a longer set of stairs to the basement of the bowling alley if we end up getting the alley. If you need help with the elevator, let us know before the party or find an executive member when you arrive.
If you have any other accessibility concerns, please don't hestitate to reach out to a member of the executive.
Small prizes are drawn through the night, and you need to be there to win. You don't need to stay for the grand prize draw at the end of the night. Prizes are for members only, not guests. (Sorry!)
We're looking into it. Tell us in the RSVP if you would play. If enough people want to and the lanes aren't booked - then absolutely!
Can't make it, or adding or dropping a guest? Email ceiulocal621@gmail.com or talk to an executive member.
Yes. The hall holds 400 people, so RSVP early to save your spot. If we fill up, we'll start a waitlist.
Nope, there are two! The Campbell St social committee is hosting one, and the local is hosting this one. We hope you can make it to both! (We know we are!) We're so lucky to have a social committee and a union that both want to throw you a party. 🥳 ❤️
Plan ahead. Take a cab or carpool with a designated driver. Please drink responsibly and never ever drink and drive.
Yes! The name is tradition, but the party is for everyone. Whatever you celebrate, or if you don't celebrate at all, we would love to have you.
The local does! Members voted to fund the party at our AGM, and it's part of our budget. Check out the AGM page to view the minutes of the Fall 2025 AGM where the budget line was passed by members.
We know everyone is tired and stressed. This is our way of saying thank you for your support, and giving you a night to relax and forget your troubles.
Have ideas for other ways the local can support members? We would love to hear them. Come to a general meeting or send us a message.
