Zack is a PSO in EI Processing who has been with Service Canada since July 2021. That same year he decided to join the union and was voted in as treasurer in 2022. He considers himself a nerd (especially for Star Wars) and in his free time you can find him with his dog Teddy, living their best lives.

Kaiti is a PSO in EI processing and has been with Service Canada since July 2021. She became a union shop steward in July 2023 and was elected as the local’s first communications officer in February 2024. Outside of work, Kaiti is a proud cat parent to Duncan and ChiChi, a dedicated Nintendo fan, and can often be spotted behind the wheel of her funky Bronco.

PSAC
The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) is one of Canada's largest unions, representing over 200,000 workers in the federal public sector and some private sector industries. CEIU
The Canada Employment and Immigration Union (CEIU) is a prominent union representing over 17,000 employees in the federal public service. CEIU members are found at Service Canada, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC and also named as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). Established to safeguard the rights and interests of its members, CEIU negotiates collective agreements, advocates for fair working conditions, and promotes professional development opportunities. Through its advocacy efforts, CEIU strives to ensure equitable treatment, job security, and improved benefits for its diverse membership.
